Meals:
Meals are served in the dining room. Breakfast is offered from 9:00 to 10:00. Dinners are served from 17:00 to 18:00. Guests taking the dinner place orders until 10:00.
We offer a breakfast buffet, and our menu includes: coffee, tea, milk, cereals, homemade confiture, meats, sausages, bread, butter, cheese, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pasta, etc. Dinners consist of three courses – soup, main course and dessert, as well as juices, mineral water, coffee and tea. We specialize in regional cuisine. We recommend our home-made sweets and pastries straight from the oven.
Some rooms feature kitchenettes. Out of hours when we prepare and serve our meals, guests can also use our main kitchen and dining room. Please keep the area clean and use kitchen equipment in accordance with manuals and recommendation of the manufacturers.
Booking and payments:
Please fill in the booking form, contact us by email or phone and make reservation. Final booking confirmation requires prepayment of 30% of your total accommodation cost. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your arrival, according to the agreed dates of booking. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card. In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure than the one initially booked, the total price for the entire stay is not changed. In case if you change your mind and decide to cancel the reservation, only in justified cases, you can change the date for another one in the current season – the same duration of the stay – under condition that there are rooms available. In the event of the reservation cancellation, we refuse to accept another reservation on long-term basis. In all other cases the deposit will not be returned. The prepayment will be returned in case if you do not receive service at our fault.
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in is from 15:00, and you should check-out until 11:00. During holidays season (July and August) it is from 16:00 till 11:00. Of course, as far as possible, we try to remain flexible and do our best to meet the needs of our guests.
The number of people occupying the room may not be higher than in the booking. People who are visiting our guests are asked to leave the area until 23:00.
Good manners:
The wooden house has its own soul and lives together with its inhabitants. While designing this place we could not have imagined to build a brick and concrete “bunker”. We chose natural materials and technology. Arriving here you have to reckon with the fact that our floors creak, wood is working, while the entire house breathes and smells of the forest. This is the way it should be.
Please keep in mind that behind the wall or ceiling there might be someone else. Try to respect privacy of another person. Moreover, please understand that the wood does not provide acoustic insulation like concrete walls.
There is a garden pavilion with a barbecue area, a terrace with a lake-view, and a designated spot for bonfire. Guests have sun loungers and a comfortable bench-swing. We also have couple of hammocks. These are places for common use of our guests. Please do not use the terraces located next to both buildings. These two places are exclusively assigned to specific rooms.
We focus on ecology and preservation of the environment. We hope our guests share the same philosophy. Please try to reduce consumption of water and energy. Try to keep the property and surroundings clean. Before leaving the room, and the common parts of the house, do not forget to turn off the lights and electrical appliances. When entering the house please take off your shoes – especially during autumn and winter – in the corridor. This will help in keeping the area clean, and consequently will make your stay more pleasant.
Please keep silence from 22:00 to 8:00. Please lock your door – we do not take responsibility for belongings left in your room.
The buildings are of wood, and this means that you should be very careful when using fire. Smoking in the buildings is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, and this is regardless whether or not the damage was caused by intentional or unintentional action. Please do not change rooms arrangement during the stay, do not move equipment between rooms, do not change cable connections in the audio equipment.
Pets are allowed on the property, but please inform us when making a booking. Please clean the property after your pupils.
Parking on site is free. We do not take responsibility neither for vehicles left in the parking lot, nor for the things that are in them.
If you notice defects or inconveniences, please report it to us. We will try to fix the problem immediately. In our opinion stress-less relaxation is the foundation of wellbeing and time well spent.
“Playing” with fire:
The fireplace located in our living room is at your disposal. Firewood can be taken from our storage areas (25 PLN / bag). In the course of burning fire, please close the fireplace door. In the property bonfire and grill can be set only in designated areas. Once again, please remember that smoking is strictly forbidden!
Remember, you live in a wooden house. Therefore, please pay attention and be very careful when “playing” with fire.
